• Carolyn Carter, Esquire:
  Carolyn Carter is a attorney with over thirty three years experience in providing legal services to low income families and individuals. Ms. Carter previously served as the Executive Director of Legal Services, Inc. She is a nationally recognized expert on Consumer Law. Ms. Carter works for Franklin County Legal Services in a volunteer capacity.

• Mahesh K. Rao, Esquire:
  Mahesh K. Rao is an attorney with over fifteen years experience in providing legal services to low income families and individuals. He previously worked as a staff attorney with Legal Services, Inc. and MidPenn Legal Services. Mr. Rao has a varied practice which includes Domestic Relations, Income Security, Housing Preservation, Consumer Law and Immigration Law.
  
  
• Hannah J. Myers, Esquire
  Hannah Myers is a 2008 Graduate of Villanova University School of Law.  Ms. Myers specializes in Family Law and in the provision of legal services to victims of domestic violence.
  
  
• Gloria M. Keener
  Gloria Keener serves as the Office Manager of Franklin County Legal Services.  She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Mennonite University. She majored in Elementary Education. Prior to beginning her service at  Franklin County Legal Services, Ms. Keener worked in a variety of responsible positions involving services  to the migrant community. Ms. Keener is fluent in Spanish.  She serves as the coordinator of the pro bono program of the Franklin County Bar Association.
